The refund tiers below are the working values in the booking system, and the owner has not signed off on them. They are shown so the terms are visible while the site is built; they are not yet the terms of a real booking. Where they differ from the cancellation clause of the rental agreement you sign, the signed rental agreement governs.

Tiers are counted in days before your check-in date, and the most generous tier you still qualify for is the one that applies.
What is refunded alongside rent
Every named fee on this property is refunded in the same proportion as rent under the tiers above. Tax is refunded on whatever is refunded, because tax is only owed on what you actually pay.

How to cancel
Contact the owner with your reservation details. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. The date your cancellation is received is the date used to pick the tier.
